Fair questions
Do office users pay?
No. Never. Office and viewer seats are free forever on every plan. You pay for the iPads in the field and nothing else.
Does this replace my data collector?
No. The data collector is still the instrument of record. Annotations are visual reference notes for the drafter. This kills the field book and the texted photos, not the rover.
What happens when I lose signal?
Nothing you will notice. The database lives on the iPad. Notes and photos save locally the moment you capture them and sync when coverage returns. A visible badge shows what is queued.
Can I get my data out?
Always. GeoJSON, CSV, DXF, and every photo. Exports are included on every plan and there is no lock-in.
How does the trial work?
Every plan starts with 7 days of full access. We take a card up front so the trial rolls straight into your subscription. Cancel anytime before day 7 in Settings and you will not be charged. Your data always exports freely.
